The Ideal Match for Our Team:

  • 2-3 years customer service experience preferably (but not limited to) auto industry

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Aptitude for technical troubleshooting

  • Utilizes critical thinking skills to seek solutions for non-scripted problems that customers encounter

  • Engages all communication styles & adapts to customer needs

  • Speaks with authority & confidence while training new concepts

  • Hardworking but with a sense of humor and ability to have fun!

Job Snapshot:

  • Handle inbound customer requests dealing with billing, account maintenance & basic tech support (45% calls / 55% chat)

  • Setup shop configurations within our proprietary system

  • Maintain customer data & service history via Salesforce

  • Provide training for newly onboarded customers

  • Create support documents for customer facing knowledge center

  • Seek feedback from customers regarding their experience using Omnique

  • Full-time position, M-F 8:00-5:00 MT with rotating “on-call” shift once/month
