Citysnap is a new home search and agent productivity platform designed for NYC agents and consumers and powered exclusively by the REBNY RLS. Set to launch in Q2 of 2022 as the superior web and mobile solution for NYC agents, Citysnap builds upon the success of Homesnap’s suite of products to provide a customized platform for REBNY members. With this backing of Homesnap, now part of CoStar Group, Citysnap empowers real estate agents and home searchers with accurate, real-time RLS data and enhanced property features to make it easy to search for and share homes with friends, clients, and colleagues.

Citysnap is hiring a NYC Area Training Associate to assist the NYC Area Manager to onboard, train, and engage the New York metropolitan area agent community on the agent-only version of Citysnap: Citysnap Pro. This role reports to the NYC Area Manager and will assist with coordinating and running online and in-person training events and workshops on Citysnap Pro and other Citysnap products, based in our NYC office.


  • Regularly run interactive and impactful online agent training sessions on Citysnap Pro. When deemed safe to do so, this role will also provide in-person trainings and workshops throughout NYC.

  • Assist with agent onboarding for the Citysnap Pro platform.

  • Function as a Brand Ambassador for the Citysnap product to the NYC agent community.

  • Create video content, marketing collateral, and other assets to promote trainings.

  • Record on-demand training webinars (i.e., eWebinar) for additional plug-and-play content.

  • Collaborate with the NYC Area Manager to create new and exciting curricular offerings to increase agent engagement.

  • Perform outreach to brokerage offices to schedule online or in-person trainings for their agents.

  • Respond to inbound questions/issues for the NYC Training team.

  • Manage and run monthly sessions for in-house brokerage office trainers to help further Citysnap training outreach.

  • Regularly review performance and work towards a defined set of training goals as set by the NYC Area Manager.

  • Regularly track agent engagement after training sessions.

  • Become familiar with the suite of Citysnap paid products. While this is not a sales role, the NYC training team will be expected to support NYC Account Executives in introducing and educating clients on all Citysnap products.


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years relevant experience

  • Comfortable with public speaking to small and large groups, making cold calls, interacting with agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders, and being on camera

  • Familiar with creating and curating social media video content


  • Previously held a real estate license

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiar with Homesnap Pro and the suite of Homesnap products.

  • Demonstrated the ability to self-manage towards a set of defined goals and prioritize among many different tasks.

  • Familiar with Zoom meetings and webinars, Canva, PowerPoint, eWebinar, movie editing software, and social media platforms.
