Sant of Surprise has a full-time opening for a Treatment Nurse 6a-2:30p. We are a growing, busy rehab property experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or rehab is strongly preferred. The Perfect Candidate:

• The treatment nurse is responsible for assessing skin alterations, developing plans of care, implementing orders and treatments, and evaluating progress of specialized skin and wound conditions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Must currently hold an unencumbered LPN license through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Compact State license- required.
• At least one (1) year experience working as a licensed LPN experience in Long Term Care/ Skilled Nursing/Rehab setting strongly preferred. (LTC/SNF/Rehab)
• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card
