About This Role:

DrugViu is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing remote staff as a new Virtual Autoimmune Nurse & Health Coach. In this role, the Nurse/Health Coach will be responsible for providing telehealth care management services to autoimmune patients on our platform as a complement to the care they receive from their physician.

Responsibilities

The Nurse/Health Coach (RN) will:

• Cooperatively develop and integrate patient-centered care plan and goals to help them improve their health
• Meet patients via scheduled telehealth visits
• Respond to patients via text Receive and Help patients identify their autoimmune triggers and
• Chart and documents telehealth visits on our EHR
• Relay relevant information to other clinicians at DrugViu.
• Documents asynchronous communications according to established guidelines.
• Help DrugViu optimize clinical strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Compassion and empathy for patients
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current license to practice as an RN with compact license.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 Years of experience in a clinical or telehealth setting.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours minimum)
• Demonstrates computer technology proficiency including 60 + WPM typing
• Demonstrated customer service, leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sit and work in front of a computer for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in office / 3 days remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
