Gannet Warehouse is a 3rd party logistics provider who has been in business over 38 years and is seeking an experienced and reliable individual for a Warehouse lead/forklift operator position. We have current employee longevity of over 30 years through our successful company culture. We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth and we are currently expanding to new opportunities. We are a 130,000 sqft warehouse provider who provides a multitude of different warehouse services for a variety of products i.e. transloading, distribution, CFS cargo, oversized and overweight freight, cross docking, rework, routing guide compliance, high value merchandise and much more.

We are known as a “Service Driven 3PL provider” and we pride ourselves on our reputation.

Responsibilities

***Must be an experienced and confident forklift operator and able to handle a wide variety of different commodities/types of freight.***
***Must be experienced and confident in using RFID scanners.***

• Responsible for the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and put away.
• Responsible for overseeing accounts assigned and ensuring work is completed
• Work with warehouse manager and supervisors on reviewing daily workload and planning.
• Move, pack, scan, and palletize items safely
• Facilitate loading / unloading of items onto transfer trucks
• Ensure processes are followed according to SOP.
• Work with warehouse team and be willing to help on other accounts when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
