Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis, Metrics & Reporting
    • Strong emphasis on scoping problems, identifying major issues and actionable opportunities, designing solutions
    • Highly analytical with experience in defining analytical approaches for projects and applying a range of analytical tools to synthesize insights and develop solutions
    • Demonstrate ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Program Management
    • Manage the implementation of complex programs, corporate control initiatives and process improvement projects
    • Identify and track achievements, open items, issues and risk across all Transformation Office initiatives, escalating items for attention to leadership team as necessary
    • Build transparency on key project activities, perform data collection and analytics, including trend and impact analysis, document processes and observations, formulate results, and draw conclusions integrating key controls when warranted
    • Develop and publish the Technology and Transformation Books of Work, Sub LOB CRO program update, and Technology Council Executive Materials
    • Set best practice standards for project management tools and processes that can be leveraged across the organization
    • Lead discrete projects focused on improving project delivery, process execution or controls


Attributes of the candidate include:

  • A strong candidate needs to have:
  • 2- 5 year experience in data analysis, project management and presentation development
    • Data base, MS SQL coding and SharePoint design preferred
    • 2 years of banking/financial industry experience
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborative with internal partners
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively manage a large number of issues at one time
    • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven track record executing across complex environments partnering with senior leaders of businesses and corporate organizations.
  • Ability to direct the strategic thinking, synthesize insights and deliver results through a consultative approach and strong leadership skills across a global organization.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships while inspiring members of a matrixed environment; overcomes challenges by building strong diverse talented teams.
  • Meet commitments and balance competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral executive-level communications skills, including the ability to quickly adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas
