Duties: Develop and support quantitative modeling for Corporate Credit Risk grading frameworks, including Obligor grading, Loss Given Default, and regulatory capital. Develop methodologies to incorporate emerging risks within the Wholesale Credit Risk framework at both client-level and portfolio-level. Design periodic analytical reports related to Wholesale loan portfolio and contribute to ad hoc risk grading-related projects. Participate in the research, development, and implementation of risk models. Collaborate with global teams on various projects, such as implementation of policies, systems, and grading frameworks. Design and develop flexible, extendible, and highly performant software frameworks and related tools that integrate grading and forecast models into a strategic platform.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as Wholesale Credit Analytics and Solutions or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in lieu of a Master’s degree and three (3) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires experience in the following: wholesale credit risk frameworks for Obligor grading and Loss Given Default; governance and development of wholesale credit risk grading policies; analyzing large datasets related to Obligor grading and financial performance and Basel, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review, and Current Expected Credit Losses regulatory frameworks; working with technology teams, including defining target operating model, business process implementation, and business requirements for technology implementation; statistical concepts, including Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, and Time Series Analysis; Python; R; Tableau; and Visual Basic for Applications.
